1. Definitions

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Account Creation

To create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address in Indonesia. You may only register one account per person. Creating multiple accounts (commonly known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances and bonuses.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. nova99 will never ask you for your password via email, phone, or live chat. All activities conducted through your account are your sole responsibility, regardless of whether they were authorized by you.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify our customer support team immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending your account.

4.3 KYC Verification

Before processing your first withdrawal, nova99 requires identity verification (Know Your Customer or KYC) to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. You must submit a clear, legible copy of your Indonesian national identity card (Kartu Tanda Penduduk or KTP) and a selfie holding the ID next to your face. Additional documentation may be requested if necessary.

Verification typically takes 24 to 48 hours. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within 30 days of the first withdrawal request may be suspended. Deliberately submitting false documents will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

nova99 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We do not accept deposits in foreign currencies or cryptocurrencies.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 20,000 for e-wallets. Maximum deposit limits vary by method and are displayed during the deposit process. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified VIP members.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Bank transfers and e-wallet deposits are typically processed instantly. In rare cases, delays may occur due to banking system maintenance or technical issues. If your deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

Deposits must originate from an account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits from accounts belonging to someone else) are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the source account minus processing fees.

5.3 Withdrawal Policy

You may request a withdrawal once your account is fully verified through KYC. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money-laundering (AML) regulations. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000.

Withdrawal processing times vary by method and account status:

• Standard accounts: 1 to 24 hours
• Silver tier: Up to 12 hours
• Gold tier: Up to 6 hours
• Platinum tier: Up to 3 hours
• Diamond tier: Priority processing (typically under 1 hour)

Withdrawals may be delayed if additional verification is required, if there is suspected fraudulent activity, or during periods of exceptionally high withdrawal volume. We reserve the right to request additional documentation before approving a withdrawal.

5.4 Fees

nova99 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any third-party fees incurred.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses offered by nova99 are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. These terms are displayed on the promotions page and must be accepted before claiming a bonus. Bonus abuse or any attempt to manipulate bonus conditions will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may lead to account termination.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before bonus funds or winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must wager thirty times the bonus amount before it becomes withdrawable. Different game types contribute differently to wagering requirements:

• Slots: 100% contribution
• Live Casino (Roulette, Baccarat, Blackjack): 10% contribution
• Sports Betting: 50% contribution (minimum odds 1.50)
• Togel (lottery): 100% contribution
• Table Games: 10% contribution

6.3 Bonus Restrictions

While playing with bonus funds, the following restrictions apply:

7. Betting Rules

7.2 Sports Betting

Sports bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the governing sports body (e.g., FIFA for football, BWF for badminton). If an event is postponed, relocated, or canceled, bets may be voided or settled according to the specific market rules. Bets on abandoned matches are typically voided unless the outcome has already been determined.

For bandar bola (football betting), mix parlay (accumulator bets), and voor bola (Asian handicap) markets, settlement is based on the final score after 90 minutes of play plus injury time, unless otherwise specified. Extra time and penalty shootouts do not count unless explicitly stated.

7.3 Togel (Lottery) Rules

Togel draws (Togel Singapore, Togel Hongkong, Togel Sydney, Togel Macau) are settled based on the official results published by the respective lottery authorities. In the unlikely event of a draw being canceled or results being disputed, all bets on that draw will be voided and stakes returned.

7.4 Live Casino

Live casino games are streamed in real-time from professional studios. The dealer's decision is final in all cases. If a game is interrupted due to technical issues, the round may be voided or settled based on the last completed action, depending on the specific game rules provided by the game supplier (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, etc.).

10. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required by law.
